Josh has decades of experience in design and construction. For him, the process of creation and transformation are always exciting. That excitement first led him to architecture, but continued through to furniture design and fabrication, urban design, and general contracting. He has been a part of national and international award-winning projects of many scales. At the end of the day though, it’s all about the people at the heart of the projects who he can help into a space they will love.

Michael was born into a construction family. His Grandmother’s family were road builders and his Grandfather’s were bridge builders. The family used to joke that the marriage of his grandparents was arranged to bring the two businesses together. Michael has always had a passion for woodworking, welding, and construction in general. From his early days of framing houses and remodeling kitchens to eventually building out restaurants as an operator, Michael has 20 plus years of experience helping people achieve their goals when it comes to their space.

Sam made the Centennial State home in 2019. The natural beauty and outdoor opportunities that Colorado offers have not only influenced his personal life but have also shaped his professional approach. Prior to his current role, he specialized in designing and building camper vans. This hands-on experience allowed him to develop an eye for detail and an understanding of the importance of functionality in design. Transitioning from the compact spaces of camper vans to larger-scale projects with Delta Design Build has allowed him to showcase his versatility as a builder. Outside of the construction site, you can find him on the river or on the slopes!
