Design-Inspired Restaurant Functionality
Sakari restaurant reimagined
This conceptual design for Sakari began as an exploration on how to rework the functionality of the bar area, as that was a big driver of the business, that was in need of an update. Using the bamboo sushi roller as inspiration, a new aesthetic was devised for the restaurant. The slatted ceiling turning down the walls were used to integrate the back bar display, bar function, and waitress POS on one side with used dish compartmentation on the other.
